Rooms with a comfortable bed had a family atmosphere.

I came here with my wife. I loved the convenience of the family room with comfy bed. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were a plus. Location: the hotel was really close to highways and main streets, downtown and freeway. Furthermore, right off the interstate.

I loved the affordable rates and the accommodating staff who made my stay enjoyable, and being just under 7 km from the Iowa State Fairgrounds and a short distance to parks allowed for some beautiful strolls through the city without any hassles.

The gazebo area was a nice touch to relax outside.

The check-in experience felt rushed and unfriendly, lacking any warmth from the staff. The room was in a dreadful state, with visible dirt and stains throughout, and there was no remote or linens provided. We also encountered an issue with ants in the room, very unsettling. Breakfast options were nonexistent despite waiting. Just overall, it felt poorly maintained and uninviting.

I had an absolute blast with the cozy atmosphere, where my room was super comfy and clean! The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and perfect for soaking up some sun. Plus, the BBQ facilities gave me the chance to grill up some fun meals with friends!

Rooms were clean and nicely renovated, a pleasant surprise. The hotel could use some better maintenance outside and sharper signage as it was tucked away.
